About BUSINESS PLANS AND FINANCIAL PROJECTIONS – ESSENTIAL INFORMATION FOR SMALL BUSINESS FINANCING - NOW OR IN THE FUTURE
During this workshop, you will learn how to update or create your business plan and financial projections post-COVID, with discussions of each section of the business plan. You will also learn how to gather information & start working on your business plan and projections. If you plan to seek SBA financing for expansion in the future, this workshop is for you! Your bank will ask you for an updated business plan that includes COVID/disaster recovery plans. The information from this workshop will help you organize and prepare for your meeting with your banker. This workshop will be conducted by Lori Hiramatsu & Viktorija Aniulyte, Business Advisors at the Veterans Business Outreach Center (VBOC).
About the GUEST PRESENTER Viktorija Aniulyte
Prior to joining the VBOC of the Pacific, Viktorija Aniulyte was a Regional Consultant for Key Corporate Clients with the Euromonitor International, Business Counselor with the Mink Center for Business and Leadership and Business Advisor Intern with the Hawai'i Small Business Development Center. Viktorija holds a degree in Business Information Management from Vilnius University, Lithuania. In addition to her role as an advisor at the VBOC of the Pacific, she serves as the Vice President for Education for the "Shop Small Hawai'i" initiative. Her passion is marketing and she is a certified Marketing Management Professional by American Marketing Association (PCM). Viktorija has lived and worked in several European countries (Lithuania, Great Britain, Estonia, Spain, Finland) and interned at United Nations World Tourism Organization.
About the GUEST PRESENTER Lori Hiramatsu
Lori Hiramatsu has more than 30 years of experience in the banking industry serving in various capacities including district manager overseeing several branches, a business and consumer banking team, and operations. She served for 6+ years as a Senior Business Advisor with the Hawaii SBDC and assisted numerous Hawaii businesses in various stages of their business life-cycle including start-ups, expansions, exports, manufacturing, agriculture, selling/buying businesses, and assisting them with access to capital for their business needs. Besides her business banking and lending background, she is knowledgeable of the various SBA financing programs, and is experienced in the financing of commercial PV and PPA systems. She holds a BBA from the University of Hawaii- Manoa, is a honors graduate of the Pacific Coast Banking School at the University of Washington, certified U.S. Export advisor, certified HiSBDC business advisor and active volunteer in the community.
